With the ChIP program, local ASTD Chapters share revenue with ASTD National for new business that they help to generate for ASTD programs and services.

ChIP sharing includes revenue from ASTD National memberships, conference registrations and books published by ASTD. 

Each chapter has been assigned a source code. When members use the chapter source code to purchase ASTD products and services, our chapter receives a portion of the revenue.

Participation is voluntary, but every purchase that uses the source code will contribute to our chapter's financial health, further enabling us to accomplish our chapter's mission.
